How to book
The booking form of Rentacar5 is in 2 steps., through it you can reserve a car.In the 1st step select when, where and which car you want .After clicking the button “Quote” or “Continue”, the final price will be automatically calculated for you.In the 2nd step of the booking form you get the final price and on your approval, fill in your personal information and reserve it.

Step 1 –when, where, select a car
Pick – Up Date: Select the appropriate pick-up date by clicking on the drop down and clicking on the desired collection date .Enter requested collection date in the following format –date, month and year .
Pick - Up Time: Enter the requested pick-up time within this field.
Pick-Up Place: Select the appropriate pick-up city/resort/airport by clicking on the drop down and clicking on the desired collection city resort/airport. This will automatically enter the desired collection city resort/airport within the appropriate field.
Pick-Up from : Select the appropriate pick-up location by clicking on the drop down and clicking on the desired collection location. This will automatically enter the desired collection location within the appropriate field.
Flight number: If you don't have your flight number at the time of making the reservation, send it to Rent A Car 5 when you learn it.
At airport locations Car Rental 5 will hold vehicles when flights are delayed provided the flight number has been given by the costumer.
Return Date: Select the appropriate return date by clicking on the drop down and clicking on the desired return date .Enter requested return date in the following format –date, month, year.
Return Time: Enter the requested return time within this field. Time should be entered in 24hr time format.
Return Place: Select the appropriate return city/resort/airport by clicking on the drop down and clicking on the desired return city/resort/airport. This will automatically enter the desired return city within the appropriate field.
Return at: Select the appropriate return location by clicking on the drop down and clicking on the desired return location. This will automatically enter the desired return location within the appropriate field.
Select a car: Select a Vehicle Class & Type
After selecting your most convenient pick up and return location, date, time and car, click Quote to get the total car rental price.
To proceed with your booking click “Continue”, go to Step 2
Step 2 – Quote Summary & Personal Information
You get a quote for your selection.
You will see what is included in the total price on the right of the booking form.
To proceed fill in Your Name, Surname, Age, Address, Country, e-mail and telephone. Please fill all the details if possible and ensure that all details are correct. This is very important for us to serve you better.
To finalise your reservation click “Reserve it”. If accepted a confirmation message will appear on your screen.
