Driver Requirements
Driving License and passport:
Driver(s) must be in possession of driving license, issued at least 3 years ago. A valid passport or ID card have to be presented at time of rental.
Age Restrictions
Minimum age required is 23 years old. Maximum age is 75 years
Additional Driver
“Rent a Car 5” does not charge extra for second driver, but require customer to inform us if there will be other driver, so we can put the second driver on the rental contract. Additional drivers must meet the rental requirements concerning age and driving seniority. They will be authorized to drive by presenting a valid driving license and passport at the counter, and adding their details to the rental agreement
Only the Authorised Driver/s can drive the Vehicle.

The car rental rates are quoted in EURO and are calculated on a 24 hours basis.

Deposit
At the signing the contract, as a warranty, the customer shall deposit an amount, stated in the tariff. The deposit is a guarantee for the conscientious use of the rented car The deposit is refundable upon returning the car.
Equipment
All cars are with air-condition, central locking, alarm system, radio-cassette recorder or CD.
All vehicles are equipped with obligatory equipment required by the Traffic Control Authorities- a spare tyre, a jackscrew, a spanner, a first-aid kit, a fire-extinguisher, waistcoat and reflective triangle.
Special equipment
Customers can use free of charge : tire-chains, one baby/child car-seat, winter tires, a road map of Bulgaria.
Child seats:
The baby /child seat must be ordered at the time of booking.
Tire-chains:
The tire-chains should be requested as additional options at the time of booking.
Fuel
Fuel is not included in the rental price.
Vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full. We strongly recommend you to check if the car should be driven with petrol or diesel and fill it with this fuel only.

Number of passengers

Provision of cars
We can refuse to provide a car to any customer who is, in our opinion, unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements (the costumer is under the inlfluence of alcohol, drugs or arrogant, a driver's license, valid passport or identification card is not presented at the time of delivery of the car or the presented driver's license is no longer valid).
In such circumstances the agreement with Rent a Car 5 will terminate immediately, and Rent a Car 5 will have no further liability to the customer.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees.At a cancellation of the reservation at condition that it is confirmed, the company shall look for compensation, because Rent A Car 5 refuses other reservations to provide the costumer with the desired car If you cancel your reservation a month before the date of lease., there will be no fee.
Rental Extension
If the costumer wishes to extend the rental whilst on hire, they must first obtain authorisation from “Rent A Car 5 ”.This is subject to availability.
Driving Restrictions
“Rent a Car 5 ” vehicles cannot be taken outside Bulgaria.
